About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to email/chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
