E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team of Chat and Voice Call Center Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in the exciting world of customer service, without any prior BPO experience required.

As a Chat and Voice Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries through various communication channels. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 contact center environment, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • No prior BPO or call center experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
