Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino Citizen.
  • Must be willing to work on a Night Shift (Central Standard Time).
  • Must be willing to report onsite in our Ortigas office; potential hybrid or WFH arrangements may be offered based on performance.
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment or candidate sourcing is highly preferable.
  • US Healthcare knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
  • Must HAVE excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can be trusted, works well independently with minimal supervision, remains professional, and is a strong team player.
  • Understanding of Sales and Client Management is a plus.
  • Background or familiarity with healthcare roles and positions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication, confidentiality, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, organized, results-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary package ranging from ₱28,000 to ₱35,000, depending on experience.
  • High bonus potential of up to ₱10,000 per successful placement, paid on top of your base salary.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Sourcing Specialist at MCM & Associates, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) and nursing professionals (RN, BSN, LVN) across PRN, part-time, and full-time roles in U.S. healthcare organizations. Your key duties include sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards and other platforms, screening and interviewing to assess fit, and preparing detailed profiles for client review. You will run email campaigns and conduct cold calls to engage healthcare professionals, ensuring wide and targeted outreach. Additionally, you will handle job postings and updates, maintain accurate listings, and build a strong candidate pipeline within the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient follow-up and placement. This role demands excellent organization, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while making a meaningful impact on healthcare staffing.
