Job Description
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will build strong candidate pipelines, execute targeted sourcing strategies, and connect top IT and technical talent with global opportunities. You'll analyze sourcing performance, nurture candidate relationships, and support recruiters to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment with focus on candidate sourcing.
- Active LinkedIn profile with high connection volume preferred.
- Proficient in sourcing through various platforms and websites.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Capable of talent mapping and labor market research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficient in database management and report generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel proficiency.
Your Daily Tasks
Candidate Sourcing
- Conduct effective sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
- Research and report on labor market trends through online research and networking events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Support future-focused sourcing strategies with Recruiters.
- Develop and maintain sourcing SOPs aligned with best practices.
- Conduct searches using multiple internal and external platforms.
- Source and screen candidates to create qualified shortlists for Recruiters.
- Engage passive talent and promote the employer brand.
Reporting and Systems Management
- Track and analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Log candidate information in ATS and internal databases.
- Measure and report on key metrics such as source of hire and time-to-fill.
- Implement new sourcing strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity across ATS and recruitment systems.
- Prepare documentation for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Candidate Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Communicate expectations and follow up with candidates.
- Gather referrals from networks for hard-to-fill roles.
- Contact past applicants for new opportunities.
- Keep candidates warm with consistent updates on application progress.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements.
- Proactively source potential hires for future needs.
- Work with team leads and executives to gather role-specific information.
- Arrange onboarding and induction with HR teams.
Effective Communication
- Maintain clear, timely communication across all stakeholders.
- Respond accurately to queries via email and other communication channels.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines and organizational protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks assigned by company representatives as needed.
