Join a highly collaborative organization as a
Sourcing Specialist
and help us with sourcing initiatives for our client in Southeast Asia. Passive sourcing and candidate pipelining is vital for this role. Our client is in the Chemical Manufacturing industry. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with the onsite recruiters. The role is based in Manila and is a remote work set up.

What you'll do:

  • Perform sourcing initiatives - active and passive, database sourcing and proactive sourcing on LI and other platforms
  • Pipeline candidates on various roles and ensure available candidates for evergreen roles
  • Provide market intel and insights to recruiters and keep up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape in this industry
  • Liaise with recruiters to ensure aligned understanding of the role and time to hire
  • Promote exceptional client service and a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Continually look for new and innovative ways to drive quality outcomes

You'll be someone who can bring:

  • Extensive experience as a sourcing specialist
  • Adept at passive sourcing using Linkedin or similar platforms
  • Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques
  • Candidate pipelining experience and understands the industry landscape and where to look
  • Experience in Chemical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Technology space is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
  • Strong commercial mindset, balancing delivery excellence with profitability and client satisfaction
