Job Description

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of finance and accounting talent. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to supply high-quality candidates while staying ahead of market trends and sourcing innovations.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience focused on sourcing
  • Active LinkedIn profile with high connection volume preferred
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates via social platforms and websites
  • Strong experience in Boolean/X-Ray search and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Capable of talent mapping and market research
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Proficient in database management and report generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills

Your Daily Tasks

Candidate Sourcing

  • Conduct effective sourcing strategies to build continuous applicant flow.
  • Research labor market trends and industry intelligence.
  • Stay updated on competitive industries and market movement.
  • Support future-focused sourcing strategies with Recruiters.
  • Maintain and distribute sourcing SOPs.
  • Source and screen candidates across various platforms.
  • Engage passive talent and assess fit and interest.

Reporting and Systems Management

  • Track and analyze sourcing data for improvements.
  • Log candidate information in the ATS and internal databases.
  • Report on metrics like source of hire and time-to-fill.
  • Implement new sourcing strategies and initiatives.
  • Utilize sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain data integrity and accurate documentation.

Candidate Management

  • Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Communicate expectations and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Ask for referrals for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Contact previous applicants for new opportunities.
  • Maintain warm communication with candidates throughout hiring stages.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role requirements.
  • Proactively source for upcoming hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with department managers for job role information.
  • Understand ideal candidate profiles and requirements.
  • Arrange onboarding and induction coordination.

Effective Communication

  • Practice clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Respond accurately to internal and external inquiries.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Follow company protocols on safeguarding information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and non-administrative duties as assigned.
