Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline from scratch
  • Source talents through organic and creative channels
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay ahead of recruitment trends
  • Develop partnerships with government agencies, schools, and other third-party organizations for talent acquisition
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sourcing goals are met
  • Manage the recruitment database
  • Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
  • Strong background in organic sourcing and pipeline building
  • Experience in market research, talent mapping, or industry benchmarking
  • Exposure to external partnerships for recruitment (e.g., PESO, universities, NGOs)
  • Has effective communication and presentation skills
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
