Job Description:
We are looking for a Food Service Sales Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate must have experience handling HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) accounts and other food industry clients. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring sales growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA clients and other food service businesses.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

  • Present and promote food products to potential and existing customers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Work independently and proactively to achieve sales goals.

  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in food service sales, preferably with HORECA accounts.

  • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

  • With strong work ethics, good attendance, and a positive work attitude.

  • Strong understanding of HORECA client needs and sales strategies, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Willing to do field work and be assigned in different areas of concerns within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

  • Must have own motorcycle (preferred) for efficient fieldwork.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Preference for residents of CAMANAVA Area or cities within Metro Manila and who are willing to be assigned in Malabon City.
