Job Description

We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Food & Nutrition sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and proven expertise in sales and business development within the Food & Nutrition sector of the industrial/manufacturing industry.
