Responsible for providing support in the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department. The role involves handling general accounting tasks such as recording transactions, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Accounting- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Verify billing statements and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing needed documents.
  • Compliance & Documentation- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Assist in filing tax returns, government remittances, and other regulatory reports.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documents.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  2. At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience

  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

  5. High attention to detail and accuracy.

  6. Good organizational and time management skills.

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
