Job Specifications:

· Graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting related courses

· At least One (1) year of relevant work experience

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

· Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manages accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.

· Handles accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.

· Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing vendors.

· Ensures bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.

· Processes due invoices for payments.

· Compares purchase orders, prices, terms of payments and other charges.

· Processes transactions and performs accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries.

· Ensures proper filing of pertinent documents.

· Submits required reports on time and ensures they are accurate.

· Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

· Adheres to all safety and company rules and regulations.

· Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
