ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. This role requires strong

leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our organization's

products, services, and goals.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred).


• Proven experience in a leadership role (at least 3-5 years of

supervisory/managerial), preferably in branch management or a related field.


• Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the

organization.
