Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process financial transactions such as invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support payroll preparation and related reporting, if required.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist with audits, tax preparation, and other financial reviews.
  • Provide support to the Accounting/Finance team in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
