Job Summary:

The Account Specialist is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring that all account-related processes are handled accurately and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the company's financial and business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Monitor account activities to ensure accuracy in transactions, billing, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and account documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations, customer service) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the company's system or CRM.
  • Support account managers or supervisors in achieving team and company targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
