Job description:
I. BASIC FUNCTION
Bookkeeper duties include working closely with Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. To accurately record day to day financial transactions.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
Processing payments
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports
Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Accomplish, submit and transact with Government Tax and others in a monthly basis.
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Assist Sales Department in quotation preparation and costing.
Filing and preparing documents for government compliance such us FDA, BOC and others.
Performs other task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
