We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeepers to join our team. This is a
client-facing role
, so strong communication skills and fluent, clear English are essential. The ideal candidates are
proactive, outgoing, and able to take initiative
, with
leadership experience preferred
. You will play a key role in supporting our bookkeeping operations and working closely with both clients and internal teams.

This position involves handling the full bookkeeping cycle, including
monthly transactional accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and payroll-related tasks
using QuickBooks Online. You will also assist in organizing and entering data accurately into our systems, verifying information, and maintaining proper documentation. A high level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are critical to success in this role.

lead and collaborate with the Precision Tax TOA Bookkeeping Team
, providing support, guidance, and exceptional customer service to our clients.

This role follows our company's working hours, and
candidates based in Cebu are preferred
.

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:

Must be willing to obtain QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification within 3 months.

Strong bookkeeping experience, including reconciling multiple accounts (e.g., credit cards) and monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

Experience preparing financial reports and monthly/annual financial statements for individuals and businesses.

Strong analytical and technical skills, with knowledge of tax, accounting, and relevant software.

Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Accurate and fast data entry skills.

Good spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Familiar with clerical and administrative tasks.

Clear communication skills.

Able to work well under pressure.
