Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy .
  • With at least 5 years of working experience as an Accounting Officer
  • CPA
  • Has actual experience in General Accounting Process.
  • Must be analytical, keen to details, highly organized and results-oriented.
  • With above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity and/or proficiency in any accounting tool is an advantage but not required
  • Amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Monday-Saturday. 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recording of financial transactions in all books of accounts. (Cash receipts and disbursements, sales and general journal and general ledgers).
  • Maintains subsidiary ledgers as required such as receivables, payables, inventory.
  • Manage payroll information.
  • In-charge of all related taxes of the Company, to see to it that taxes are filed and paid promptly, which includes updating registration as may be necessary.
  • Prepares monthly accounting reports for review and submission to the Department Head.
  • Handles inventory recording and preparation of monthly inventory report/ledgers.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Monitoring of bank accounts and timely preparation of bank reconciliation.
  • Create and maintain accurate financial reports.
  • Prepare budgets for financial forecast/budget.

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
