Job description:

  • We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor (URGENT) to oversee our accounting department daily operations. You will work closely with a team to manage financial functions, including accounts payable, bank reconciliation and tax audits. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts. To succeed in this role you should also have problem solving attitude and be able to manage a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivables, general ledger and bank reconciliation

  2. Participate in regular tax audits and payroll

  3. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues

  4. Manage month-end and year-end closing

  5. Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records

  6. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives

  7. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company targets

  8. Ensure compliance with law

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven work experience of 2 to 3 years as Accounting Supervisor

  2. Strong computer skills MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formula)

  3. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

  4. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

  5. Attention to detail and accuracy

  6. Team management skills

  7. Ability to prioritize work

  8. Must have a degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
