HR Lead / Generalist

The HR Generalist oversees all facets of HR operations, with a primary focus on compensation and benefits, labor relations, and 201 file management. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely updating of contracts and job descriptions, and full compliance with DOLE requirements. Success in this position is measured by the effective organization of employee files, consistent implementation of fair labor policies and due process, and the smooth execution of C&B programs that align with company standards and legal mandates.

Overview

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll and related government contributions.
  • Maintain and organize 201 files and employee records, ensuring completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with DOLE and company standards.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Ensure observance of due process in all employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
  • Support labor relations initiatives by maintaining open communication, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Handle all union related concerns
  • Prepare and update job descriptions, employment contracts, and the organizational chart in coordination with department heads.
  • Drive employee engagement and internal communication programs that enhance morale and strengthen company culture.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping validation, and training coordination as part of overall HR support.
  • Oversee HR administrative operations and coordinate facilities management to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and government reporting requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE) and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: At least 5–7 years of solid HR experience in various facets, with a strong background in compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, and 201 file management.
  • Union Handling: Must have experience working in or supporting a company with an active labor union, including participation in policy enforcement, grievance management, and due process compliance..
  • Willing to work in Binondo, Manila and Araneta Ave., QC
