Now, we're launching MatchMaster, an AI-enabled job-matching and freelance marketplace designed to make hiring faster, smarter, and more trusted for Philippine SMEs and professionals. We're looking for a Co-Founder to join us in building this vision from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role.

As Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and building partnerships that move MatchMaster toward scale and market leadership.

Your day-to-day will blend strategy, execution, and innovation; from refining the product roadmap and leading business development, to raising capital and strengthening brand traction.

You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO to:


• Lead go-to-market, fundraising, and growth strategy.


• Build partnerships with SMEs, HR networks, and tech enablers.


• Oversee marketing and community initiatives.


• Contribute to product direction and platform usability insights.


• Recruit and mentor early-stage team members.


• Help define and model the company's culture, values, and purpose.

Qualifications

We're looking for a builder, someone with both strategic acumen and hands-on execution skills.


• Strong business development and strategic thinking capabilities


• Analytical, research-driven, and comfortable with data-informed decisions


• Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills


• Background in marketing, partnerships, or startup operations


• Leadership experience in scaling teams or ventures


• Tech curiosity and adaptability, HR tech or SaaS exposure a plus


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field


• Experience in HR, workforce solutions, or digital marketplaces is an advantage


• Most importantly: an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for shaping the future of work in the Philippines
