Responsibilities:
- Meeting the individual volume target of both counted and contracted applications thru successful implementation of different sales generating campaigns (i.e. corporate partnerships, field saturation, indoor/outdoor flyering, manning of kiosks, traditional and socmed marketing, , etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty among borrowers. Properly handles customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Encourages clients to refer more clients for the company. Ensure that supplies do not reach critical point and sites have enough on hand supplies.
- Implementation or support on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and total team performance.
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in client relations or sales, exposure on marketing, customer service, , and clerical activities is a must.
- He/she should be well adept on basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
