Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Intern (Customer Success) located in Makati, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Intern will assist with day-to-day customer interactions, providing support and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, conducting training sessions, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with sales management tasks.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Ability to conduct Training and support customer success initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience or coursework in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
