Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Can handle pressure.
- Experience in real estate is an advantage.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and dependable.
- Able to multitask.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila
- Can start immediately
Job Description
- Issue contracts for new tenants and for renewal.
- Monitor rental and utilities (water, association dues, electrical) payment.
- Make notices for late payments, memos and letters.
- Coordinate and handle tenants' various concerns and problems.
- Coordinate with single units' building management, the barangay or with the company' attorney if needed.
- Conduct unit viewings for vacant single units if needed.
- Collection Report Preparation.
- OR and PR Issuance
- Preparation of water computation
- Encoding of Meralco deposit refund.
- Processing deposit refund.
- Coordination of needed repairs with the company's maintenance staff
- Proper manual and digital filing.
- Fill up vacancies for all the buildings
- Post vacancies in Facebook Marketplace, Facebook forums, Carousell, Lamudi and other online real estate websites.
- Update Facebook page
- Coordinate updating of website with website developer.
