Brand & Creative Lead – Children's Wear Startup

Location: Work-from-home with occasional meetings

About Us

We are a children's wear startup in the Philippines, building our brand from the ground up. Our goal is to create stylish, comfortable, and affordable clothing for kids, and we're looking for our first team member—a creative partner who will help shape the look, feel, and voice of our brand even before our first collection is launched.

This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand from zero and grow with it as we build something exciting together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founder to develop the brand identity, logo, tagline, and overall creative direction.
  • Produce and/or coordinate visual assets (logos, packaging, social media graphics, lookbooks, etc.).
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to position the brand in the children's wear market.
  • Build and manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and online store platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Plan and produce engaging content (photo shoots, reels, product posts) to connect with parents and families.
  • Craft a compelling brand story and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and customer insights to guide design and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative design (fashion or retail industry is a plus).
  • Strong creative eye and design skills (proficient in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends (Instagram/TikTok).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Passion for fashion, kidswear, and building brands that make an impact.
