Job Overview:

The BD position – Creator Partnerships is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators and live sellers for TikTok Shop. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, driving sales through creator collaborations, and supporting campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and onboard new TikTok creators, influencers, and live sellers that align with brand goals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure consistent performance and engagement.


• Develop and execute creator partnership strategies to boost sales and traffic for TikTok Shop campaigns.


• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Account Management) to ensure smooth execution of live selling activities and campaigns.


• Monitor creator performance, campaign results, and sales conversion data to optimize partnerships.


• Negotiate terms, rates, and deliverables with creators or agencies.


• Stay updated with TikTok trends, competitor campaigns, and influencer activities to identify new opportunities.


• Assist in planning and executing offline/online activations or events to attract new creators.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.


• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or e-commerce (preferably TikTok Shop or similar platforms).


• Strong network and understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics.


• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
