Job SummaryThe Lead Graphic Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation of event and exhibition graphics, ensuring all visuals are applied with accuracy, quality, and durability. This role requires technical expertise in handling different graphic materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team during onsite setups and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and dismantling of large-format graphics, wall wraps, booth branding, signages, and other visual materials.
  • Supervise a team of installers, assign tasks, and monitor quality and efficiency during ingress and egress.
  • Interpret layout guides and technical drawings to ensure correct placement and alignment of graphics.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues (e.g., surface challenges, fitting adjustments, material handling).
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, and production teams to align on specifications and timelines.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure the installation team complies with venue regulations.
  • Provide feedback to the production team on material performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic installation for events, exhibitions, retail, or related industries.
  • Skilled in handling various substrates (vinyl, acrylic, sintra, fabric, etc.) and installation techniques.
  • Strong eye for detail, alignment, and finishing.
  • Experience leading or supervising installation teams.
  • Ability to read and follow technical plans and measurements.
  • Physically fit to handle installation work (lifting, climbing, operating tools).
  • Flexible schedule to work long hours, nights, and weekends during event set-ups.
