Job Summary
The Accounts & Events Producer serves as both client lead and project driver, overseeing events from conceptualization to execution.
This role bridges the gap between client servicing and production management, ensuring that every project is creatively on-point, operationally sound, and delivered on time and within budget.
The Accounts & Events Producer takes charge of day-to-day client coordination, proposal development, supplier management, and on-ground supervision — all while upholding ProjectCre8's standard of creativity, reliability, and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and event requirements, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Lead client presentations, pitch decks, and proposal submissions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and excellent service.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals with diplomacy and professionalism.
2. Event Conceptualization & Planning

- Collaborate with the creative team in developing event themes, visuals, and presentations.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, work plans, and production schedules.
- Ensure all creative and logistical plans align with client expectations and budgets.
3. Project Execution & Production
- Oversee the full event cycle — from pre-production to ingress, show day, and egress.
- Coordinate with internal departments (creatives, fabrication, logistics, technical) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage suppliers, talents, and third-party vendors for deliverables and scheduling.
- Supervise on-site operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet ProjectCre8's quality standards.
4. Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Prepare and present cost estimates (CEs), addendums, and supplier canvassing.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with approved costs.
- Coordinate with the accounting team on billing, collections, and liquidations.
- Maintain organized project documentation, contracts, and expense reports.
5. Post-Event Reporting
- Prepare post-event documentation including reports, photos, and evaluations.
- Conduct debrief meetings with clients and internal teams to review outcomes and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and client account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event production, account management, or agency work.
- Strong background in handling end-to-end event projects (corporate events, exhibits, activations, or brand launches).
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
