Purpose / Objective

To build Mobee Cars' digital presence and drive brand awareness by creating engaging, high-performing, and trend-driven content across social media channels. The role focuses on crafting creative storytelling that connects with Filipino car owners and strengthens Mobee's position as the most transparent car-selling platform in the Philippines.


Key Responsibilities

Primary Roles (Core KPIs)

  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and content themes aligned with Mobee's marketing strategy.
  • Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor content to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to ensure cohesive brand visuals and messages.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and short-form videos across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X).
  • Manage real-time content coverage for events, inspections, and car handovers—capturing lifestyle photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Write clear, witty, and persuasive copies for organic and paid content (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor post performance and optimise future content based on analytics and engagement data.
  • Engage actively with followers via comments, messages, duets, and other features to build a loyal online community.
  • Explore new content formats such as livestreams, reels, and interactive challenges that align with current trends.

Secondary Roles (Supporting Functions)

  • Identify and collaborate with KOLs and KOCs to amplify Mobee's brand visibility and credibility.
  • Plan, execute, and measure influencer campaigns, tracking reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, creators, and community pages.
  • Coordinate marketing promotions and giveaways to attract car owners to sell through Mobee Cars.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
  • Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives or regional campaigns as required by management.

Job Competencies / Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in social media marketing or content creation.
  • Experience in automotive, lifestyle, or startup industries is an advantage.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and content algorithms, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing content (portfolio required).
  • Skilled in video conceptualisation, filming, and editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to read insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Tagalog.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for content shoots or event coverage.

Tools & Knowledge

  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Video Editing tools and basic SEO principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Bonus: Experience using paid ad platforms or marketing automation tools.
