Hotel Manager – Oasis Aged Care Village

RainTree Care Services and Senior Residences

We are seeking an experienced hotel professional to lead the non-clinical operations of our premium aged care facility, Oasis Aged Care Village. This senior role is ideal for a hospitality leader ready to apply their service excellence skills in a meaningful, resident-focused setting.

About the Role

You will oversee all non-clinical departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, food service, administration, HR, purchasing, and resident relations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and exceptional service standards. Working closely with our Clinical Team, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for residents and their families.

This is a trusted leadership position with the potential for greater decision-making authority over time

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

10+ years in the hotel industry, including 5+ years in senior management.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-department operations in a service-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to work closely with clinical leaders while managing all non-clinical functions.
  • Empathetic leader who builds trust, understands people deeply, and inspires through collaboration rather than a traditional top-down approach.
