JOB SUMMARY

The Site Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in expanding our fiber and wireless footprint by identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic locations for network infrastructure. This includes rooftops, in-building systems, utility corridors, and data center sites. The role requires strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and coordination with property owners, developers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential sites for FNH and ISP infrastructure deployment
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments in coordination with engineering teams
  • Negotiate lease terms, right-of-way agreements, and non-binding commitments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site status, agreements, and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with legal, permitting, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Support community engagement and local government coordination where needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate or related field
  • 2+ years experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecom infrastructure
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
  • Ability to interpret technical site plans and fiber/wireless deployment needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and mapping tools (e.g., Google Earth, GIS)
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork
