The Site Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable locations for our clinics and facilities. They work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all sites meet technical, legal, and commercial requirements, supporting the organization in expanding its network efficiently and compliantly

What You'll Do:

  • Works closely with legal team, engineering team, building admin team and procurement
  • Gathers and process necessary documents (lease contract, BIR form, tax dec, etc.)
  • Ensures compliance with clinic requirements
  • Prepares and reviews contract and other legal documents
  • Project Coordination – Liaise with internal and external teams (lessor, building admin, finance, projects team and procurement)
  • Track acquisition timelines and deliverables with all the teams involve
  • Maintain an updated database of the sites
  • Prepares and coordinates with the lessor the documents required by finance and other internal team
  • Provide regular status reports and updates
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping all contracts and other documents
  • Conduct filed surveys from time to time to identify potential sites
  • Evaluate sites based on technical, commercial and legal requirements
  • Prepares initial feasibility and technical report and recommendations
  • Assist in negotiating lease terms, and other contract conditions
  • Perform other RELEVANT duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Education:


• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to assess site feasibility and technical requirements
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently, conduct fieldwork, and travel as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
