About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Good Pastry Café' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to our customers' specifications
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with the team

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
  • Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and business demands
