JOB SUMMARY

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure all sources of revenue and cost data provide timely and accurate information.
  • Lead daily analysis of P&L together with the BU Head, focusing on causal drivers of variances in actual revenue, cost, or contribution margin versus budget.
  • Develop action plans to bridge gaps and ensure improvements leading to target achievement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of revenue and cost accruals to corporate finance, complete with proper supporting details (e.g., volume, rates, period covered, and related schedules).
  • Monitor cost accruals in relation to supplier billings and follow up with suppliers encountering delays.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure all data sources required for principal billing submit information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile cost accruals against actual billings received from suppliers.
  • Ensure supplier billings are processed and paid on time according to invoice payment terms.
  • Generate and submit all required financial reports to corporate finance in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with business unit heads to implement mechanisms for monitoring leading operational KPIs to prevent financial leakage.
  • Support business units in operational excellence, productivity, and process improvements (Project Everest) focusing on cash flow, revenue, and cost optimization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience related to warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or quality management functions.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, P&L analysis, and accruals management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or similar industries is an advantage.
