
Executive Assistant

- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Represent the executive's preferences and style when drafting communications or making decisions.
- Track and remind the executive of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Coordinate special projects, including research, presentations, and report preparation.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Managing calls, booking flights, reports and organizing billing and payment requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
