Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory role.
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
Willing to work fully on-site
Job Responsibilities:
Process employment permits and visas for foreign employees
Handle and control foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
Assist and support internal departments with various administrative needs
Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
