Position Summary:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips and Street Burger location in Mactan, Cebu. The GM ensures high standards of customer service, food quality, team engagement, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are consistently met in alignment with the Gordon Ramsay brand. This role will require a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, implement systems, and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:

• Oversee the daily operations of both Fish & Chips and Street Burger outlets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness to maintain Gordon Ramsay brand quality.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and supplies in optimal condition; coordinate with maintenance as needed.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff including supervisors, kitchen team, and service crew.
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, discipline, training, and recognition.
• Manage staffing schedules to optimize productivity and labor costs.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist in hiring decisions in collaboration with HR.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure guests consistently receive warm, professional, and efficient service.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly with a focus on resolution and service recovery.
• Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer engagement.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage and monitor daily sales, operating costs, and profitability targets.
• Analyze sales reports and labor cost reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Control inventory, reduce waste, and ensure accurate POS reporting and cash handling.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Support local marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
• Propose strategies to grow sales and build customer loyalty.

Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, health, and labor laws.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to head office (sales, P&L, staff performance, inventory).
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and documentation are up to date and renewed on time.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry or stand alone restaurants
• Experience in a high-volume quick-service or casual dining restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of business and financial principles, including P&L and inventory control.
• Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering world-class service.
• Amenable to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php120, Php200,000.00 per month
