Senior Human Resources Associate

- Accountable for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring in various forms and sources (i.e. professional networks, campus recruitment, internship, career portals, job fairs, and other platforms authorized by corporate) to fulfil the recruitment needs based on determined selection criteria, profiles and job requirements for vacant and new positions. Liaise manpower requirements with internal and external partners.
- Support in the development of hiring strategies and procedures in line with market trends including the advancement of future industry needs.
- Manage HRIS and employee documentation concerning job descriptions, employee files, and other relevant matters in compliance with QMS and HQ.
- Perform and coordinate the overall supervision of the onboarding and off boarding process to ensure proper coverage of relevant compensation and benefits for staffing and related clearance documentation.
- Support the learning and development program initiatives of the company, which include the sourcing and coordination with training providers, the rollout of in-house or external training, evaluation of training programs, assistance, and conduct of annual training programs and related training needs.
- Perform benchmarking on account of relevant compensation practices with general industry and competitors.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits whenever necessary. May also include HR in the development of salary proposals for annual increments, performance rewards/ incentives, and other benefit programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.
- Facilitate employee engagement events of the company.
- Work with the team on Employee Relations, lead stakeholder engagement on company policies and procedures (i.e., the development of new changes to existing policies and procedures) and ensure that the company's HR policy framework reflects the needs of the organization and its workforce.
- Support and maintain company policies and procedures which provide general and practical advice and guidance for managers and staff on a range of employment issues.
- Undertake scheduled review of company policies and procedures to ensure they remain fit for purpose and reflect the latest developments in effective people management.
- Provide HR policy interpretation to colleagues in HR on complicated and/or contentious matters.
- Assist and participate in resolving employee relations issues and other labor disputes.
- Assist in communication with all employees as appropriate, on human resources matters that affect them.
- Respond to queries and requests for information on HR policies, working conditions, performance management systems etc.
- Perform other duties when necessary.
