Position Overview

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the organization's HR strategy and operations to support business objectives, workforce effectiveness, and organizational culture. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and HR transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organization's vision, values, and business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on people, culture, and organizational matters.
  • Lead HR governance, policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Talent & Workforce Management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and change management programs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage HR risk, audits, and investigations as needed.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data, reporting, and process efficiency.
  • Manage HR budgets, vendors, and cost optimization initiatives.
HR Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR leaders and teams across functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and capability building.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or head-of-function roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and people management frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading HR transformation, change initiatives, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
