Human Resource Intern

The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. The role assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings as assigned.
- Help maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
- Prepare onboarding documents, welcome kits, and basic HR forms.
- Support HR during orientation sessions and new hire onboarding.
- Assist in monitoring attendance, contract renewals, and employee records.
- File and organize employee documents, contracts, and HR-related paperwork.
- Assist in updating HR databases, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Support planning and execution of company events, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
- Participate in HR research, benchmarking, and policy updates.
- Answer basic HR inquiries from employees or applicants.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
