Position Summary:

The Human Resource Associate provides support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. They act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs
  • Employee Records & Administration
  • Maintain and update HRIS/employee databases
  • Process employee status changes (promotions, transfers, separations)
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files
  • Compliance & Policy Support
  • Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Support audits and ISO/QMS documentation readiness
  • Assist in benefits administration (HMO, insurance, leave credits)
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Coordinate HR events, trainings, and wellness programs
  • Provide frontline support for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Help resolve minor workplace issues before escalation
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment metrics)
  • Support SLA reporting and manpower monitoring
  • Benchmark HR processes for continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 yrs in Human Resources field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Amenable to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
