Job Summary
The Leasing and Documentation Associate is responsible for assisting in the review and preparation of leasing documents, coordinating with tenants, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves contract management, document verification, and handling basic lease-related computations to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and organize leasing documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation, checking, and monitoring of lease contracts and agreements.
- Communicate with tenants regarding lease requirements, renewals, and documentation concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and compliance of tenant-related documents.
- Perform lease-related computations, such as rental charges, escalations, and other contract terms.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, tenant compliance, and lease documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all leasing files and documents.
- Support the Leasing Manager and team in day-to-day leasing operations and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, contracts, documentation, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
- Good numerical and analytical skills; ability to compute rental rates and related charges.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with tenants and stakeholders.
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
