Project Development

  • Assist in the facilitation of the project development process from due diligence stage, conceptualization, implementation to closeout

Feasibility studies and Financial Runs

  • Participates in developing feasibility studies and financial runs to determine project viability
  • Conducts research work, coordinating with sales and marketing team

Property Management Operations

  • Assist in project monitoring (i.e., costs, budgets,)
  • Monitors the entire Project Life Cycle
  • Coordinating with other departments ensuring that project development process is being followed and timelines are met
  • Prepare a project review which includes analysis on the project timelines, project implementation, budget vs actual financials, status of the project along the way if this is meeting targets.
  • Acts as the project owner ensuring that the project is going the right directions and interrelated departments are executing their tasks correctly and according to deadlines

Engage Project Designers and Coordination among other departments

  • The PD Associate is tasked to oversee, assist, coordinate with third party consultants if any
  • Facilitate coordination between Innovation Design Department (IDD), Construction Management Department (CMD) and third party consultants (if any) thru weekly/periodic meetings

Prepare documents, contracts, memos, RFPs, other administrative tasks

  • The PD Associate is tasked to assist in any other tasks needed like preparation of documents, reviewing of contracts, drafting letter requests to government agencies or the likes, also preparation of RFPs and CA's if needed
