Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
  • Manage virtualization, networking, storage, and server environments.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Lead a team of infrastructure administrators and engineers.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to develop infrastructure strategies.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
  • Develop and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Familiarity with database administration and enterprise storage solutions.
  • Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP, VCP, or ITIL is a plus.
