ERP Administrative Support

The ERP Administrative Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and documentation of ERP-related activities within the organization. This role manages the intake, logging, and tracking of ERP support tickets, assigns requests to the appropriate support teams, and follows up to ensure timely resolution. In addition, the role prepares reports, maintains ERP trackers and documentation, and provides administrative support to the ERP Solutions Lead and the ERP Support Team. By centralizing ticket triage, monitoring activities, and handling administrative coordination, the ERP Administrative Support helps streamline ERP operations, allowing technical and functional specialists to focus on issue resolution and process improvements.
Ticket & Request Management
- Receive, log, and categorize ERP support tickets submitted by users on a daily basis.
- Assign tickets to the appropriate Functional or Technical Support teams for resolution.
- Ensure each ticket includes complete details for efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up on pending or overdue cases daily.
- Update records with resolution notes and status changes.
- Prepare and submit weekly summaries of ticket activity and trends to the ERP Solutions Lead.
Document & knowledge Management
- Maintain ERP-related trackers and update them regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes of ERP-related sessions promptly after meetings.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base documentation on an ongoing basis
Team Coordination & Scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate ERP Support Team meetings, trainings, and UAT activities as needed.
- Ensure invitations, agendas, and relevant materials are circulated in advance.
- Track attendance and follow up on agreed action items.
Activity Monitoring & Scheduling
- Monitor all ERP-related activities daily to ensure alignment with timelines and deadlines.
- Flag delays, risks, or pending items to the ERP Solutions Lead for resolution.
- Consolidate updates from Functional and Technical Support teams into a centralized tracker.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the ERP Solutions Lead, including scheduling, follow ups, and consolidating reports.
- Maintain organized records of ERP activities, reports, and communications.
- Support ERP-related audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination, IT support, or related roles.
- Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, or reporting is an advantage.
- Exposure to ERP systems or working with technical/business teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing or service management tools for logging, tracking, and reporting support requests.
- Ability to analyze ERP-related information and translate it into actionable follow-ups or reports.
- Willing to work onsite in our Head Office at Lot 25 & 27 Marian Road 2, Marian Business Park Barangay San Martin De Porres Parañaque City
