Responsible for ensuring all sales replication and posting are daily completed, stored properly, backed up and secured. Responsible for checking GL data from NAV as integrated into oracle daily. Assist in ensuring that database assigned to watch over meet the data storage and data needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any IT-related course
  • Must be flexible and keen to details
  • Knowledge on data management
  • At least 1-2 years of experience preferably in systems administration or IT-related services
  • Knowledgeable in ERP and POS system
  • Must have the competence and drive to execute assigned task
  • Can work extended hours and shifting schedules if needed
  • Must be highly trainable, customer-oriented, has strong sense of integrity, reliable and dependable, attention to detail, with sense of urgency, organized and a team player
  • Willing to work onsite in ARCA South, Taguig and has ability to go to different stores

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily LSNAV, LS Central replication of data.
  • Performs LS NAV, LS Central daily sales posting on head office.
  • Provides troubleshooting on NAV and Oracle user error.
  • Assists Database admin for Oracle.
  • Assists daily POS to Oracle GL integration of Conti's and Wendy's.
  • Conduct training of LS Web (enhance POS) for new stores for Inventory receiving and monitoring.
  • Assists on installation Jet Reports, LS Central, Application to user's laptop/desktop.
  • Assists stores on LS NAV and LS system concern from time to time.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
