Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, including organizations and government agencies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyer's beneficiaries, driving sales growth, and promoting the visibility of our programs. You will work closely with some government agencies, local organizations, and community groups, to increase program participation and make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.
Identify and Engage Potential Buyer's Beneficiaries: Identifying and engaging potential buyers' beneficiaries by researching and reaching out to prospective clients. This includes making phone calls to clients registered through the company's social media accounts to introduce them to available housing offers. It is essential to clearly explain the company's housing products, ensuring clients understand the benefits and opportunities provided.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders, enhancing outreach efforts and aligning partnerships with organizational goals.
Lead Generation and Database Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM and database to ensure accurate lead tracking, consistent follow-ups, and effective management of potential buyers and beneficiaries to achieve sales targets.
Event Planning and Community Outreach: Organize, coordinate, and actively participate in sales events to raise awareness and educate prospective buyer's beneficiaries about our programs.
Program Promotion and Education: Clearly communicate the key features and benefits of the 4PH program to prospective buyer's beneficiaries, ensuring they fully comprehend the value and impact of the programs.
Market and Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Use this information to provide insightful recommendations and contribute to the development of the company's strategies.
Reporting and Performance Feedback: Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation progress, and outcomes. Provide feedback on strategies and suggest improvements to optimize sales and program success.
