About the Role
IT By Design is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent to support our recruitment goals. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and contribute to the overall success of our hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and job fit
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
