SUMMARY

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist who will oversee the rental procedure for either business or residential premises. The main responsibilities include finding renters, showing potential tenants around the property, interviewing candidates, settling on a lease, and ensuring the tenant is happy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting clients with their needs for property management-related tasks
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
  • Assist concerns of the lessee and lessor
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist move-in and move-out of clients
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on an end-of-week and monthly basis
  • Perform other duties assigned by his/her superior as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of administrative work experience in the real estate industry is preferable (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have a negotiating power
  • Must have experience with database monitoring and upkeep
  • CAN WORK ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
