KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and Attract Candidates: Draft and post job ads, source candidates through online platforms and partnerships with universities, and participate in recruitment events.
  • Screen and Coordinate Interviews: Review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
  • Maintain Recruitment Systems and Data: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintain data accuracy, and report candidate status to HR Manager.
  • Support Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, coordinate new hire orientation, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Ensure Compliance and Drive Improvement: Adhere to recruitment policies, monitor key recruitment metrics, and contribute to continuous process improvement and HR projects.

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data reporting.
