We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator (Product Support) to manage stock levels, support inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless coordination between product support, warehouse, and sales teams. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, tracking item movements, and assisting in supply-demand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor product inventory across sales and service channels

  • Ensure accurate system updates for stock movements, including product returns and replacements

  • Support the product support team with inventory availability checks and timely stock allocation

  • Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances

  • Assist with inbound/outbound logistics and documentation

  • Maintain ERP/POS systems with real-time inventory updates

  • Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and technical support teams

Success Metrics

  • Inventory variance rate ≤ 1% monthly

  • 100% on-time support for product allocation and fulfillment

  • Zero unresolved discrepancies older than 7 days

  • Shrinkage/loss rate ≤ 0.5% of inventory value

  • ≥ 98% accuracy in product returns and warranty stock tracking

  • 100% compliance with SOPs and tagging protocols
